► Payment shall be in T.T method to company account which willbe provided once everything is confirmed by both sides.

 ► Partial shipment will be allowed.

 ► Final price would be given after confirming the quantities (if quantities increased remarkably).

 ► QGwill be done by behalf of buyer if it is necessary.

 ► No claim will be acceptable after QC (if QC applicable)

 ► Customize color or design can be done by buyer choice. If any price difference, buyer has to pay additionally 

► Goods will be replaced if glue detach in 6 months from day of delivery.

 ► This is FOB (Chottrogram) price

 ► Box & Master carton will be medium quality & without any print.

 ► Price could be changed if materials price increase abnormally or any additional materials required by Clint
